Tell me more about what you do here…
I don’t think of what I do as work. I oversee web and social media strategy for our clients. This is perfect because I get the opportunity to craft content for the web and social media, as well as manage the backend of client WordPress websites.
What do you do when you’re not at work?
I can usually be found watching a movie at the theater or at home watching TV with my wife. That is when I am not working out at the gym.
If you could live in any time in history, what would it be?
I love the late 50’s/early 60’s, but my favorite time period would have to be the 80’s. As a child of the 80’s I have a lot of fond memories of the clothing and music.
What is your favorite TV show?
My favorite show is Lost because of it’s fantastic cast and storyline. It is the epitome of event television, my wife and I looked forward to watching the show each week no matter where we were. Each episode was must-watch TV. If you haven’t seen the show, you’re in luck because it is currently streaming on Netflix.
What is the favorite place you have visited? Where would you like to go?
I loved visiting Hawaii and would love to go back. Since I am Scottish, I would love to visit the UK.
What is your favorite social media platform? What is your favorite tools?
Social media is a big part of my personal and professional life. I practically live on social media and. I like Twitter the most, with Facebook being a close second. My favorite social media tool is Buffer because it allows me to automate all of my social media channels plus it has some great suggestions and analytic options. I recommend using their “Awesome” plan for some of the added features.
Who or what would you want to have with you on a deserted island?
A laptop and mobile phone with solar charger and a satellite phone so I could connect to the internet. If you can’t tell I am a super geek.
What superpower would you like to have?
This is a hard one since I am a fan of superhero movies. I think invincibility or the ability to fly would be awesome.
